Chamlija is a boutique winery focusing on producing fine wines. This rose is 100% Papaskarasi; the grape's name translates from Turkish as "priest's black", referring to how it was made into wine by orthodox priests back in the day. It has a blueish-purple hue and is thought to be one of the parents of Kadarka. The wine is one of the finest rosés we’ve tried with plush berry fruit, citrus, warm spice and a dry, long finish.
