Bobal is an underapreciated, undervalued and over performing grape out of Spain. Everytime we sample folks on Bobal its always an eye opening experience for them. This paraticular wine comes from the friendly folks at Pence winery in Manchuela. We love this wine over a camp fire in the woods, or while eating some grilled food with friends.
