South Australia - Co-fermented Shiraz with a little Muscat to make a delicious but very different Shiraz.
Not your average Shiraz! On the nose peaches, ripe nectarine and a little spice. The palate is soft and "slurpy" texture is silky with tannins to add some seasoning of pepper and spice.
