Anytime we find a high-quality Sancerre at a reasonable price point - we get as much as we can! From one of the most well-known producers of Sancerre in France, this wine definitely meets our criteria. It is crisp and expressive, but still delicate and round - just what we love in this kind of wine. With hints of citrus, pineapple, and minerality, it pairs perfectly with goat cheese, asparagus, salads, and seafood (think shrimp scampi or ceviche). Be sure to grab a bottle before it's gone!
