We will drink Chardonnay. We will. I promise it has happened. It just has to be done perfectly like this wine is and it is no problem at all! White Burgundy always shows out and we love to be able to show this to our customers whenever we can. Don't be afraid of this area of Burgundy. This wine is stellar.
