One of the few certified organic vineyards in Mexico, this punchy Sauv Blanc has a pronounced intensity on the nose (think citrus blossoms and herb garden) It has bright acidity and a light body to give this wine a clean lift on the palate. A refreshing summer wine with food, or can be enjoyed on its own.
