Description
2018 is without a doubt the most interesting vintage in the history of Polkura's Random Unexpected wine project. The idea for this wine was born in 2015 when winemakers had the idea to reserve some of the grapes that were usually sold to various other wineries to make their own blend. Every year it's a unique blend compromised of a different combination of grapes based on what’s available after their commitments, harvest, etc. The 2018 vintage is smooth, well-balanced, with LOTS of personality. An unexpected gem!
